Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable individual, skilled as a Joiner, and in general maintenance, to join our property management and lettings team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of residential and commercial properties within our portfolio. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a broad range of maintenance skills who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining safe, functional, and attractive properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Joinery (e.g., minor bespoke fabrication and installation of timber components, including cupboards, units, panels, and trims where required)
• Carpentry (e.g., repairing doors, locks, flooring)
• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across various properties
• Plumbing (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains)
