Responsibilities
- To be a pivotal part in implementing plans and strategies for the successful delivery of business-to-business events, covering pre-event, onsite delivery, and post-event activities.
- To be responsible for events management, including the creation of exhibitor manuals
- To collaborate with the team to develop and implement successful plans to support the sales process
- To liaise with key stakeholders to gather essential information regarding their participation in the event
- To confirm all event details, coordinate with all parties, address challenges, conduct risk assessment, ensure health & safety, finalise capacities and menus, and agree floor plans.
- To support the team with developing and executing a successful marketing strategy, incorporating physical tickets, social media, websites, and digital communication.
- To ensure consistent communication with key stakeholders and act as the primary contact for visitors and potential attendees seeking information about the event
- To participate in international events when necessary
Candidate's Profile
- – Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) – Essential
- – Experience in planning and delivering B2B events – Beneficial
- – Open to fast passed change being adaptive to new and evolving situations
- – The ability to handle pressure and meet targets and deadlines
- – Excellent interpersonal skills and articulate
