Job description

IT Trainer, CRM Trainer, Dynamics 365 or Salesforce, Training design, Documentation, Contract, London.

Lithium3’s client partner have a key role to engage with the business to design, write and deliver CRM training to technical and non-technical audiences.

Our client is not for profit so experience with small/bespoke CRM systems would be ideal (such as Ascent CRM). However, an IT Trainer who has worked with Dynamics CRM or Salesforce will be able to complete this assignment. The key is understanding customer record management as a process. You would also be required to write strong technical specifications, briefs, policies and test scripts.

As well as being an experienced IT/CRM Trainer good we also also require some with strong documentation skills to ensure training material is both retained and in place for future use. The contract will be 3 months initially with the likelihood of more training projects.

Based in London with some nationwide travel. The role sits outside IR35.
