Responsibilities include providing remote support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements include 3 GCSEs at grades 4+ and a professional attitude. The Computer People is a Kent-based IT support company providing friendly, jargon-free help to both home users and businesses. They offer PC and laptop repairs, device setup, networking, Wi‑Fi and printer support, remote assistance, and sales of refurbished computers. Formed through the merger of two established tech services, the company focuses on making technology simple, reliable, and easy for customers to use, and has been recognised with awards for its corporate and domestic IT support.
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm.
