An educational technology firm in Woking is looking for an IT professional for a customer-facing role. You will provide support for a range of technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Apple devices. Ideal candidates will have experience in IT and customer service, preferably in an educational setting. With a salary range of £30k - £37k, this opportunity offers significant training and development alongside career progression within a supportive environment.
In this "boots on the ground" role, you will help to maintain the effective use of technology throughout the school, who utilise a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, JAMF School, Apple devices, Chromebooks and more.
This is a customer facing role where you will be working closely with end-users to ensure a smooth running IT function and to allow continued learning with the support of IT - a crucial part of the schools learning environment!

Previous experience working in IT in industry is required, alongside an eagerness to develop and learn. You will have previous experience managing users and providing end user IT support, with excellent customer service.
Experience working in the education sector would be hugely beneficial, but not a deal breaker!
