DHL is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Payroll Systems Project Lead to join our dynamic team in HR Shared Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading HR and Payroll systems projects, ensuring they align with our company's digitisation strategy, Payroll Transformation programme goals, and meet legal and regulatory requirements.
This role involves leading improvement projects to globally owned or third-party systems, interfaces and automation linked to HR Shared Services activities, leading continuous improvement initiatives and interacting with, and delivering for, key stakeholders.
