A growing managed service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Desktop/Systems Engineer to join their team. The role involves supporting key customers with a variety of IT issues, ranging from 1st to potentially 3rd line support. Candidates should have a solid technical background including O365 and Azure administration, networking, and virtualisation. We're looking for a Systems Engineer with a good technical background and customer facing attitude to join a growing managed service provider (MSP). You will be working with their key customers to solve IT issues and escalated where necessary, but the expectation is that you are able to undertake tasks from 1st to 2nd or potentially 3rd line if possible.

There is some on-call support for P1 issues with a weekend rota 1 in 4, which you are financially compensated for and the Systems Engineers cover 7am-6pm so some slight variation in working patterns are needed.
