Prince Personnel is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-line support across the organisation, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, networks and hardware supporting daily activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk or desktop support.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware and networking fundamentals.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and Azure AD.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests across the business.
• Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and support IT systems, networks and user devices.
• Set up new user accounts, profiles and system access permissions.
• Support password resets and user access issues.
• Assist with rollout and implementation of new software and technologies.
• Replace hardware components and carry out basic repairs where required.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and knowledge base resources.
• Support users both remotely and face-to-face, explaining technical issues clearly.
• Test and evaluate new technologies and systems.
