Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking an IT Support professional to provide both onsite and remote assistance for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android platforms.

You will troubleshoot a broad range of hardware, software and network issues while guiding new hires through onboarding and ongoing training. The role involves managing assets, administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, handling incidents via ServiceNow, and coordinating with vendors for repairs and procurement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Desktop Support / IT Support / End User Computing (EUC).
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network and connectivity issues.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, collection, configuration and shipping.
• Perform system administration, software installations, updates and device troubleshooting.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, license compliance, asset reconciliation and technology refresh activities.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA, ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.
• Handle IT incidents, service requests, reporting and dashboards through ServiceNow.
• Support printers, meeting rooms, telecom services, network devices, servers and other IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware repairs, warranties, procurement and asset disposal.
• Conduct user training and assist with new hire induction.
• Follow IT policies, procedures and continuously improve support services.
