Job summary

Profectus Recruitment is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a growing internal IT team. The role spans helpdesk support, infrastructure administration and project work across multiple sites, assisting users and maintaining critical systems.

You will support Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure, while building and maintaining end-user devices and contributing to IT projects. A UK driving licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Experience with Intune and Azure.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users.
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure environments.
• Building, deploying and maintaining end-user devices.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues.
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assisting with system upgrades, migrations and IT projects.
• Maintaining documentation and supporting IT best practice.
