Cornucopia IT Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join the team in a hands-on role supporting around 100 users. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and on-premises Active Directory with Hyper-V and networking responsibilities.

You will work closely with the IT Manager on infrastructure projects, security improvements and coordinating with third‑party suppliers to ensure reliable IT services and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support for ~100 users.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune in a business environment.
• On-premises Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
• Hyper-V and physical server management experience.
• Strong networking knowledge including VLANs and switches.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with security, backups and third-party suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st- to 2nd-line IT support for ~100 users across the organization.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite, Entra ID and Intune configurations.
• Maintain on-prem Active Directory and Group Policy objects.
• Manage Hyper-V hosts and physical servers; handle networking tasks.
• Collaborate on infrastructure projects with IT Manager and third-party vendors.

We’re working with a well established organisation that is looking for an experienced IT Support person to join their team.

This is a hands-on technical role supporting approximately 100 users and covering Microsoft 365, on-premises Active Directory, Hyper-V, networking and end-user infrastructure. You’ll also work closely with the IT Manager on infrastructure projects, security, improvements and third-party suppliers.

Skills Needed

• Strong experience across 1st–2nd line IT support
• Excellent Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune knowledge
• On-premises Active Directory and Group Policy experience
• Microsoft Hyper-V and physical server experience
• Solid networking knowledge, including VLANs and switches
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Ubiquiti UniFi, Veeam, PowerShell, Microsoft SQL Server, endpoint security/EDR, firewalls, structured cabling, VoIP/telephony and Sage 200 experience.
