Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking a customer-focused IT Support professional to assist UK users outside London. You will handle ticketed requests, contribute to secure IT operations, and help manage Windows/Azure environments including Azure Virtual Desktops.

You will work within a team to ensure availability and security across critical systems, with on-site work five days per week and occasional travel. The role emphasizes data management, concise reporting, and collaboration across departments to

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing IT support role handling support tickets.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Azure, Office 365 and Intune.
Preferably experience managing platforms within Azure, specifically Azure Virtual Desktops.
A keen eye for detail with the ability to follow and produce clear, concise documentation.
Ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for users in a secure environment and handle escalation as needed.
Provide technical support and input to team projects.
Create clear reports to demonstrate usage of environments.
Follow strict data management processes.
Support business-critical systems.
On-site availability 5 days a week, with some travel to other offices.
