Reassured Ltd seeks an IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT team in Portsmouth. The role focuses on providing hands-on support across hardware, software, networks and business systems to keep colleagues productive.

You’ll troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, support users across multiple offices, and assist with technology rollouts and improvements. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting users within a Windows environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of desktop hardware, operating systems and networks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, network and user issues.
• Manage support tickets, prioritise incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices and business apps.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues remotely and on-site.
• Support users across multiple office locations.
