PZ Cussons is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to keep colleagues productive by delivering responsive, high-quality support across hardware, software and workplace technology in our London offices.

You will own issues from diagnosis to resolution, support collaboration tools, and contribute to digital transformation projects, ensuring a smooth technology experience for colleagues across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role within a multi-site corporate, manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows devices, hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.
• Good understanding of IT Service Management principles and incident, request and change management processes.
• Confidence supporting collaboration tools, Microsoft Teams environments, meeting room technology and connectivity solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to a range of audiences.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, problem solving and delivering a great colleague experience.
• A relevant IT qualification, technical certification or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep colleagues productive by delivering responsive, high-quality support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and workplace technology.
• Take ownership of technical issues from diagnosis through to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption and a great user experience.
• Help technology run smoothly across UK locations, including meeting rooms, collaboration tools, mobile devices and workplace infrastructure.
• Support digital transformation by contributing to Microsoft 365, Copilot and wider technology projects, rollouts and adoption initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, solve recurring issues and enhance the digital employee experience.
• Build strong relationships across the business, providing guidance, training and technical support for key meetings and events.
