The role combines service desk support, system administration, user training, documentation and proactive maintenance activities in a collaborative IT team.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Windows environments.
• Strong Microsoft Office support experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Provide first-class technical support to users across the business.
