IT Support Engineer

What you will be doing:
  • Be the first point of call for problems as you are the Subject Matter Expert for all IT related issues
  • Planning and implementing of the sites IT and telephone systems
  • Plan, Implement and Commission any IT related Projects for the business
  • Ensure that all hardware, software and network systems
  • Identifying faults, issues then working the problem to find the solution
  • Checking finished products to ensure compliant with spec before
  • Maintain all documentation including contracts and licenses
Skills Experience
  • A proven track record in IT support and administration of IT systems
  • Be fluent with a comprehensive knowledge of Networking principles
  • Be Proficient with experience in cloud platforms
  • Be able to work with file servers, backup solutions and active directory
  • It’s expected that you will hold certifications in IT and IT Support
