Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to employees globally. Assist users with hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems where possible. Escalate more complex issues to senior IT team members when required.
• Communicate with users via Microsoft Teams, email, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Configure and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, assisting with application packaging and updates.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and inventories, create, update, and manage user accounts.
• Assist with user access requests and permissions management and Maintain and update IT support documentation.
