Valorem First is seeking an IT Support Apprentice to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment while working toward a nationally recognised SCQF Level 8 IT Support qualification. You will provide first-line support, assist with IT projects, and learn from experienced IT professionals, with mentoring and a clear path for progression in a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Providing first-line IT support to users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and user accounts.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 applications and cloud technologies.
• Monitoring and maintaining IT systems and services.
• Managing IT assets and maintaining documentation.
• Assisting with IT projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Delivering excellent customer service and timely resolution of support requests.
