Job summary

Agilico in Edinburgh is offering an apprenticeship to kick-start a digital business support career. You will manage customer orders, work with business systems, and earn an SCQF Level 6 qualification.

You will train as a key user of Vantage Online while collaborating with Sales, Service, Finance and Logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service and compliant records. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Log, triage and manage customer sales orders through Vantage Online and associated business systems, ensuring all information is processed accurately and updated throughout the customer journey
• Raise purchase orders, coordinate supplier communications and maintain accurate records across digital platforms to support workflow management
• Train to become a key user and super user of Vantage Online and related applications, supporting colleagues and promoting best practice
• Utilise Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word to manage communications, produce reports, analyse data and support day-to-day activities
• Work with Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement and Logistics teams to coordinate orders, resolve queries and ensure customer service
• Monitor order progress, deliveries, contracts and customer records through digital systems, providing timely updates and ensuring documentation remains accurate
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance digital processes and reporting tools
