Job summary

Infleqtion UK is hiring an IT Support Analyst based at our Kidlington, Oxford office. Hybrid role with occasional WFH up to 2 days/week, responding to IT incidents and service requests for Windows, macOS and Linux environments.

You will manage device lifecycles, onboarding/offboarding, and maintain documentation while providing clear communication and timely updates to users. Travel up to 10% may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in IT support or service desk.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows.
• Understanding of user accounts, permissions and access management.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops & peripherals.
• Familiarity with ticketing and remote support platforms.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple requests and maintain documentation.
• Willingness to develop technical capability and take on broader responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support through FreshService and direct user engagement.
• Log, categorise, prioritise and track incidents and service requests to resolution.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, and common business applications.
• Support laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
• Prepare, deploy, recover and securely dispose of end-user equipment.
• Coordinate user onboarding, offboarding and routine access changes.
• Maintain accurate asset records, inventory and stock levels.
• Escalate complex issues to IT Systems Engineer or third parties.
• Support routine patching, device compliance and security activities.
• Assist with software deployment and endpoint-management activities.
