Infleqtion UK is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide first-line IT support for Windows, macOS and Linux environments, manage user accounts, and handle incidents via FreshService. The role involves device lifecycle tasks, onboarding/offboarding, and helping ensure day-to-day IT services run smoothly.

The successful candidate will have 1–2 years in IT support or related training, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to grow into broader responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Provide first-line IT support through FreshService and direct user engagement.
• Log, categorise, prioritise and track incidents and service requests through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, and common business applications.
• Support laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
• Coordinate user onboarding, offboarding and routine access changes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate asset records, inventory and stock levels.
• Support meeting rooms, desk booking and other workplace technology.
• Escalate complex technical issues to IT Systems Engineer or third party as needed.
• Support routine patching, device compliance and security activities.
• Assist with software deployment and endpoint-management activities.
• Support IT projects, office changes, supplier coordination and hardware logistics.
• Provide clear communication and timely follow-up to users throughout incidents and service requests.
