Inspired ICT Solutions Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our expanding team. You will deliver practical IT support to primary schools across Berkshire, North Hampshire and South Oxfordshire, with hybrid work from home during term time and on-site visits during holidays.

The role involves managing a varied workload, installing and maintaining devices, administering Microsoft 365, and explaining technical matters in clear, accessible language.

Qualifications

Experience providing IT support, ideally in education.
Strong written and verbal communication with non-technical users.
Good troubleshooting and calm problem-solving approach.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.
Excellent documentation of faults and resolutions.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly technical support to teachers, pupils, and staff.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and Wi-Fi issues.
Install, configure and maintain computers, software, and network devices.
Administer Microsoft 365 services and school IT systems.
Manage support tickets and communicate progress to users.
Document configurations and completed work accurately.
