Job summary

Infleqtion UK is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver first‑line support for Windows, macOS and Linux environments from our Oxford office. You will log incidents, manage assets and assist with onboarding, access changes and device lifecycle tasks.

Some remote work may be possible up to 2 days per week. The role requires 1–2 years IT support experience, familiarity with Microsoft 365, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in IT support, service desk or similar role or equivalent training.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Understanding of user accounts, permissions and access management.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Familiarity with ticketing and remote-support platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via FreshService and direct user engagement.
• Log, categorize and track incidents to resolution.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows and common business apps.
• Support laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and access changes.
• Maintain asset records and documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to IT Systems Engineer when needed.
