Job summary

INTEC SELECT LIMITED is hiring a 24-7 Support Engineer to join a UK-based team delivering day and night coverage with hybrid working from Kent. You will work across 2nd/3rd line support, primarily handling Microsoft 365, AD and Exchange, plus networking and virtualisation tasks.

Training and certifications are available to help you grow. The role offers hybrid working for day shifts, access to ongoing training, and future progression into Infrastructure/Cloud projects.

Qualifications

• 2nd/3rd line support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, AD and Exchange.
• Exposure to networking and virtualisation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated technical issues across infrastructure, cloud, networking and applications.
• Diagnose and implement configuration changes across customer environments.
• Manage incidents in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide updates.
• Maintain ticketing, documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to service improvements.
• Support projects alongside senior engineers and solutions teams.
• Participate in disaster recovery and security activities.
• Collaborate with vendors and third parties on escalations and fixes.
