Job summary

A leading IT service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Service Relationship-Experience Lead to enhance IT service relationships across departments. This role focuses on leading service meetings, analyzing customer experiences, and developing reports using Power BI. Ideal candidates will possess advanced administrative skills, strong analytical capabilities, and experience in IT-focused roles. A minimum ITIL v4 Foundation certification is also required. This is a full-time position that values collaboration and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience working within an IT department focused on customer outcomes.
  • Experience designing and producing IT reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to analyse both quantitative and qualitative data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Service Relationship meetings and track minutes and actions.
  • Create and maintain Colleague Experience Surveys.
  • Produce Monthly Dashboards & Reports with Power BI.
  • Define Experience Level Agreements and publish them.
  • Manage and track complaints effectively.
