IT Service Desk Analyst

Salary: £24,570 to £26,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6C)

Working pattern: 37.5 hours across a variety of shifts between 8am and 5pm (working 1 in 5 Saturdays once youre fully trained)

Location: Scunthorpe, DN15 9GE (hybrid)

What youll do
  • Support colleagues with IT problems (e.g., hardware, software, systems)
  • Set up new starter user accounts and devices
  • Diagnose and fix basic tech issues
  • Keep users up to speed with incident progress and resolution activities
  • Work with third-party tech support and IT equipment vendors
  • Learn from experienced colleagues and grow your skills
What youll bring
