A leading postgraduate university in the UK is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive transformation in IT and business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and business analysis skills, with experience in CRM and student information systems like SITS. This role offers a flexible working arrangement, balancing on-site and remote opportunities to support staff and student needs.
This role includes both project management and business analysis responsibilities, although the emphasis will be on project management.
You will have a solid background in IT project management and be able to demonstrate competencies in business analysis and process improvement. If you can also add strong stakeholder management skills, then you could be the person we're looking for.
The successful candidate will help Cranfield drive transformation in our IT and the business processes that support our research, student experience, education delivery and administration.
You will have project management experience in a structured environment and have a good appreciation of Agile and Lean best practice. You\'ll also have some expertise in business analysis and techniques, such as \'as is\' and \'to be\', and swimlanes. Specific project experience of CRM, intranet, research systems and student information systems (e.g. SITS) would be welcome.
You will be tenacious, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a flexible, enthusiastic and positive attitude. It\'s likely you will have gained Agile, PRINCE2 and/or business analysis qualification.
