Job summary

A leading global manufacturer seeks an IT Project Assistant to support critical IT and digital transformation initiatives. This role involves providing executive support to the CIO, managing documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders across Europe. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Assistant, PMO Coordinator, or EA role in IT/Technology.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, comfortable in multi-tasking.
• Experience with financial administration and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support IT and transformation projects by managing documentation and reporting.
• Provide executive support to the CIO including diary management and board meeting prep.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders across Europe.
• Manage procurement processes, including raising POs and tracking budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and operational workflows.
