Qualifications

• Experience in a desktop IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, wireless).
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Willingness to engage in special projects and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Use weekly status reports to build and deploy equipment for new hires.
• Install hardware and provide ongoing end-user support (desktops, laptops, servers, tablets, mobiles, printers).
• Manage PC lifecycle: replace machines and retire old devices.
• Support Identity and Access Management requests (provisioning, de-provisioning, access validation).
• Handle UK Deskside Service Now ticket queues to resolve issues.
• Support IT security compliance (room setup, maintenance, access).
• Maintain end-user system security by prioritizing vulnerability requests.
• Communicate updates to users; support Enterprise and BU projects.
