Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation to join their IT team in a hands-on Technical Support role. The position is predominantly office-based with occasional travel to other sites and a hybrid pattern (4 days in, 1 day at home).

Salary £35,000–£40,000 plus great benefits. You will provide hands-on and remote IT support across venues, troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure, and support Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint,

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Good Windows and Apple/iOS knowledge.
• Solid networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with IT ticketing/helpdesk systems.
• Experience supporting hardware, servers and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with operational teams.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on and remote IT support across corporate and venue locations.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune.
• Supporting wired and wireless networks, servers and IT infrastructure.
• Working with POS, AV, VoIP, CCTV and specialist venue technology.
• Managing incidents through an IT ticketing system and prioritising business‑critical issues.
• Building and configuring laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Supporting new-starter IT onboarding.
• Maintaining IT documentation, asset inventories and venue technology standards.
• Working with vendors and internal technology teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Travelling to venues as required.
