Johnson Controls is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist office, manufacturing and logistics staff with day-to-day IT needs. You will install and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and mobile devices, while ensuring secure access and smooth operation of collaboration tools.

Excellent communication skills are essential as you triage tickets, provide user-friendly guidance, and contribute to enterprise IT initiatives within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a desktop IT support role.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, wireless).
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for office, manufacturing and logistics teams.
• Deploy equipment and support new hires using weekly status reports.
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage identity and access requests (provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication).
• Handle ServiceNow ticket queues and resolve end-user issues.
