A leading sports media organization in the UK is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee their IT Infrastructure team. The role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of IT systems, particularly in a broadcast environment, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive improvements. Competitive compensation is offered along with a hybrid working model.
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of the IT Infrastructure team and provide a key business function within Premier League Studios.
This role will serve as the key IT systems owner and trusted advisor, ensuring that the IT Systems and team effectively supports business workflows, both corporate, broadcast and production. An organised and engageable individual, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide IT infrastructure that will support a 7 day a week operation. Your core hours will be 9-5pm Mon – Fri and your team will operate an on call model for out of hours support.
As our IT Infrastructure Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing all aspects of the business with an applicable, supportable and robust IT Infrastructure. The IT systems should enable all of our teams to work smarter and more efficiently in a creative, fast-moving media environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, a solid understanding of fast paced, leading edge technology infrastructure environments, preferably with TV Broadcast or Production experience. The ability to collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement and a robust approach to Infrastructure management and support.
