Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of IT Infrastructure experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT Infrastructure migration project experience.
• Experience in a mid-to-large organization in manufacturing, ideally in Pharma.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT Systems infrastructure function.
• Serve as level 3 technical escalation for IT Support.
• Monitor key service metrics and adjust processes.
