Job summary

Shiplake College, near Henley-on-Thames, is looking for an approachable IT Helpdesk Technician to support staff and pupils across the College. As the first point of contact for IT queries, you will deliver friendly, effective support and help maintain reliable technology services.

We welcome applicants from experienced IT technicians as well as those starting their IT careers, with possible apprenticeship training.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles with strong customer service ethos.
• Open to applicants at the start of their IT careers; apprenticeship training may be available.
