Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT Helpdesk support to staff and pupils.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and Apple devices.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs for end-user devices.
• Log and progress tickets using the Helpdesk system.
• Escalate issues to specialists when needed.
• Assist with movement/setup of IT equipment following safety rules.
