Job summary

Emplyfy in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Engineer to join a fast-paced MSP environment. The role focuses on first-line support, site visits, incident management, and maintaining security standards while delivering high-quality customer service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT, with hands-on experience in Office 365, Intune, RMM, and Azure, plus Windows/Mac proficiency and strong problem-solving skills to collaborate with service providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT support roles with security standards.
• Proficient with Office 365 Cloud, Intune and RMM tooling.
• Experience configuring and supporting Windows/Mac environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Attend customer sites to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests through the Service Desk Tool.
• Keep customers updated on cases within SLAs.
• Escalate high-priority matters to Management when required.
• Review priorities and take necessary actions to achieve results.
• Monitor site integrity, usage, reporting and business requirements.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
• Handle high-priority incidents on-site and off-site.
