Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an IT Engineer for a UK-based MSP. You will be the first point of contact for customers, travel to sites as needed, and resolve incidents while maintaining SLA compliance. You will manage tickets via the Service Desk and work with Office 365, Azure, Intune, and network infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT support or MSP environment.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and professional presentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Proactive problem solving and independent thinking.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Attend customer sites as required to troubleshoot and resolve problems or issues, and carry out scheduled maintenance.
• Manage incoming incidents and requests through the Service Desk Tool.
• Keep customers updated on their cases in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
• Escalate high-priority matters to Management when required.
• Review daily priorities and take the necessary action to achieve results.
• Monitor the integrity and status of customer sites, including usage, revisions, views and reporting, while ensuring customer business requirements are maintained to the highest standard.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
• Manage high-priority incidents both on-site and off-site.
