Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an IT Engineer to join our established MSP team in the United Kingdom. This role focuses on delivering high-quality technical support to customers, both on-site and remotely, with an emphasis on incident management and service excellence.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage tickets, and collaborate with service providers to maintain customer satisfaction and align with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT support/engineer roles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and resolve incidents where possible.
• Attend customer sites for troubleshooting, maintenance, and on-site support.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the Service Desk tool and keep customers informed.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management as needed and coordinate resolution.
• Monitor and report on site health, usage, and reporting to meet business requirements.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and tickets for outstanding work.
• Work on high-priority incidents on-site and remotely.
