Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our MSP team in a fast-paced environment. You will be the primary contact for customers, on-site at times, and responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and incident management.

The role requires strong knowledge of Office 365, Intune, RMM, Azure, and Windows/Mac platforms, with a focus on security and customer service. A proactive team player who can solve problems independently is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar IT role with security and cloud basics.
• Configuring Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards is mandatory.
• Proficient with Office 365 Cloud services and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Intune, RMM and telephone platforms.
• Strong network and infrastructure knowledge (Routers, switches, DHCP, DNS).
• Ability to work with service providers and follow best practices.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Group Policies.
• Azure administration and implementations.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Mac environments.
• Familiar with client imaging and builds.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, and teamwork.
• Ability to solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Attend customer sites to troubleshoot, resolve issues and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests through the Service Desk Tool.
• Keep customers updated on cases per SLAs.
• Escalate high-priority matters to management when required.
• Review daily priorities and take necessary action.
• Monitor integrity and status of customer sites including usage and reporting.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
• Manage high-priority incidents on-site and off-site.
