Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an IT Engineer to join our MSP team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will serve as the first contact for customers, visit sites to troubleshoot, and manage incidents from intake to resolution.

The role requires strong knowledge of Cyber Essentials, GDPR, Office 365, Intune, and networking, with a focus on delivering excellent customer support and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar IT role.
• Configuring Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards is mandatory.
• Office 365 Cloud (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) experience is mandatory.
• Intune, RMM and telephone platform experience.
• Strong customer support and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Attend customer sites to troubleshoot, resolve problems, and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests through the Service Desk Tool.
• Keep customers updated on cases per SLA.
• Escalate high-priority matters to Management when required.
• Review daily priorities and take necessary actions to achieve results.
• Monitor integrity and status of customer sites, maintaining business requirements.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and record tickets for ongoing work.
• Manage high-priority incidents on-site and off-site.
