Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an IT Engineer to join its MSP team, supporting recognised clients with reliable IT services in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, troubleshoot onsite, and manage incidents through a service desk.

The role requires at least five years in a similar position, strong customer service and knowledge of Office 365, Azure, Intune, and Windows server infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a similar IT role.
• Strong customer support and communication skills.
• Experience with Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Attend customer sites to troubleshoot and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests through the Service Desk tool.
• Keep customers updated on cases per SLA.
• Escalate high-priority matters to Management when needed.
• Review daily priorities to achieve results.
• Monitor site integrity and reporting to maintain customer requirements.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
• Manage high-priority incidents on-site and off-site.
