Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an IT Engineer for a fast-paced MSP environment. You will serve as the first contact for customers, troubleshoot on-site, manage incidents, and keep clients updated under SLAs. The role requires strong Windows/mac experience, Office 365 cloud expertise, and security standard implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar IT engineering role.
• Experience configuring security standards (Cyber Essentials, GDPR).
• Proficient with Office 365 cloud services and Azure administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/mac environments and imaging.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Attend customer sites to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests via the Service Desk Tool.
• Keep customers updated on cases per SLAs.
• Escalate high-priority matters to management.
• Review daily priorities and take necessary actions.
• Monitor site integrity and reporting to meet business requirements.
• Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
• Document processes and record tickets.
• Manage high-priority incidents on-site and off-site.
