A leading healthcare protection organization in Leeds seeks an IT Business Systems Support Engineer to manage business applications and provide technical support. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to system design and problem management. The IT Business Systems role is tobe responsible forthe delivery and ownership of support to the organisation’s business applications efficiently and effectively in fulfilling businessobjectives. This includessupportapplications and software for all customers, such as operations, development, trainingteamsand other business units. The Business Systems Support Engineer is also responsible forassistingin the design, delivery, and improvement of software applications liaising with vendors and 3 rd partiesas necessary.
This role will provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications. Yourexpertisewill help resolve issues,optimizesystem performance, usage and contribute to the overall IT strategy
