Rate: £700-£1100 p/d Outside IR35 London: Mainly remote, occasional visit to London office Duration: 6-month initial (with potential extension) Our client, a global organisation undergoing significant technology and process transformation, is seeking an experienced Technology Business Partner with a strong technical and solution architecture background and deep experience in product-based environments. This high-impact role will act as the strategic link between business, product, and engineering teams – driving end-to-end solution design, delivery, and optimisation across global, matrixed structures. You will face off to senior business stakeholders (including COO-level), influence technology strategy, and lead initiatives that reimagine business processes, integrate advanced technologies (including AI), and deliver measurable business value.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in solution architecture and technical product environments, within insurance or financial services.
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, and enterprise-scale technology transformations.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technology, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, operating comfortably with senior leadership in global organisations.
• Experience working in large matrixed environments and coordinating across regions (Europe, India, America).
• Skilled in process re-engineering, business change, and driving behavioural shifts across diverse teams.
• Ability to deliver both new solution design and optimisation of existing operations, with a focus on ROI and cost efficiency.
