• Provide day-to-day IT support across the organisation
• Log and update support tickets accurately
• Assist with hardware, software, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printing and general IT queries
• Support 1st and 2nd line IT tasks and processes
• Assist with setup, configuration and support of laptops, desktops, mobile devices and printers
• Maintain IT asset records and user access
• Assist with updates, testing, documentation and issue resolution
