TWI Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic ICT Support Apprentice to join our ICT Group at the Cambridge head office. This 18-month fixed-term role offers hands-on IT exposure, structured learning, and mentorship from experienced professionals to build a long-term career in IT.

You will support day-to-day operations, gain experience across Windows, Microsoft 365, device management, and service desk platforms, with opportunities to develop technical knowledge and professional skills in a collaborative

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support in a busy office environment.
