Job summary

IMT Resourcing Solutions is assisting a client MSP in Hereford to recruit an IT Support Apprentice. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, exposure to Microsoft 365 and networking, and a genuine path toward a permanent IT engineer position.

You will gain a recognised Level 3 IT qualification while contributing to customer support and system deployments within a busy MSP environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line IT support via phone, email and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Assist with setting up laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Create and manage user accounts within Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Log and update support tickets, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Support system installations, upgrades and hardware deployments.
• Work alongside experienced engineers on client environments.
• Build your technical knowledge through hands-on training and mentoring.
