Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to customers via phone, email, and remote assistance.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and help customers resolve technical problems.
• Assist with setup, installation, and configuration of new devices and IT systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 environments, user accounts, and cloud-based services.
• Visit customer sites alongside experienced engineers to provide hands-on support.
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.
