Job summary

Housing Quality Network in Maidenhead is seeking an IT Apprentice to start or develop a career in IT, joining the Data, Technology and Transformation team and gaining practical experience across technical support, systems administration and digital services.

You will provide day-to-day IT support, log and update tickets, assist with Microsoft 365, hardware and mobile devices, and help with IT asset records and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across the organisation.
• Log and update support tickets accurately and act as first point of contact for incidents.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, software systems and onsite infrastructure.
• Set up, configure and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices and printers.
• Support onboarding, moving and leaver processes and maintain IT asset records.
• Help manage user access and contribute to documentation and testing.
