Job summary

Shrewsbury School is seeking an IT Apprentice to join our IT Services team. This role offers hands-on experience and a recognised qualification while supporting a wide range of technologies across multiple schools.

You will provide first-line IT support to staff and pupils, resolving hardware, software and network issues, and assisting with IT projects and device deployments in a multi-site educational environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to staff and pupils.

• Work across Shrewsbury School and our family of three preparatory schools, gaining valuable experience in a multi-site educational environment.
